Why are my pictures on my Canon Powershot SD 1100 IS not uploading onto my computer?

I have the software on my computer. Usually, when I would connect it with the cord, it would pop up and give me the option to “Transfer All Untransfered Pictures”. Now, the pop up doesn’t happen. I’m doing all the things I did before (such as putting the camera onto the picture viewing option and leaving the camera on as it says to do), put the pop up for transferring the pictures doesn’t show up. What is wrong, and is there a solution? Thank you!

You will have to uninstall and then re-install the camera software or you can try to manually start the camera software.
